KINGSTON – The Ulster County grand
jury has indicted Kingston man on five counts of grand larceny for allegedly
making unauthorized withdrawals from a woman’s bank account.
Jamal Burgos, 37, was arrested following an investigation for allegedly
stealing a female friend’s debit card and making six unauthorized
withdrawals totaling over $3,000.
At the time of his arrest on these charges, Burgos was in the Ulster County
Jail on an unrelated charge.
