HIGHLAND – A traffic stop for an equipment violation in the Town of Plattekill has resulted in the arrest of a Modena man.
State Police BCI at the Highland barracks charged Nestor Rodriguez, 30, with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance for possessing cocaine, and unlawful possession of marijuana as a violation. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond.
