Rockland man arrested for third DWI in 10 years

SUFFERN – A Monticello man was arrested Thursday night by Suffern Village Police and charged with his third DWI in the last 10 years.
The man, whose name police did not release, was stopped on Pavilion Road at the intersection of Route 202 after police were alerted of an erratic driver. Investigation determined he was found to be over three times the legal limit of alcohol content.
He had two previous convictions in Rockland County, both within the last 10 years.
He was arraigned and sent to the Rockland County Jail in lieu of bail.
