Serino sworn in

CARMEL – State Senator Sue Serino (R, 41)  was officially sworn New Year’s Eve, at the Putnam County Court House.
A second swearing-in ceremony will be held noon Friday in the Henry A. Wallace Center at the FDR Presidential Library in Serino’s hometown of Hyde Park.
