ALBANY – An Ellenville woman pled guilty on Thursday to her involvement in a drug trafficking organization that distributed crack cocaine and fentanyl in Ulster County.

Margaret Vandyke, 58, admitted that between September 2017 and December 2018 in cooperation with co-conspirators, she sold over 300 grams of crack cocaine on behalf of the organization in several locations around Ellenville.

She faces from 10 years to life in prison, a term of five years to life of supervised release, and a fine of up to $10 million when she returned to court in October.

Six other people have previously pled guilty to crimes related to this case.

The investigation is being handled by Homeland Security Investigations, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office, the URGENT task force, State Police, Village of Ellenville Police and the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office.
