LAGRANGE – A Wappingers Falls man has been arrested for attempted rape of a victim under the age of 13. The July 20 arrest follows an investigation by the New York State Police Troop K Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
Michael Fowler, 37, of Wappingers Falls, is charged with the felonies of attempted rape and distribution of indecent materials.
Fowler was arraigned in the Town of LaGrange Justice Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail, $15,000 bond, or $100,000 partially secure bond.
