GOSHEN – A 45-year-old Port Jervis man pled guilty in Orange County Court on Wednesday to drug charges in connection with “Operation Final Blow,” a drug investigation in Orange County, Pike County, Pennsylvania and Sussex County, New Jersey.

Brian Stevenson pleaded guilty to conspiracy, criminal possession of a controlled substance and forcible touching.

Under the plea agreement reached before Judge Craig Stephen Brown, he could face five to 10 years in prison followed by three years of post-release supervision when sentenced in June.

The investigation into the drug ring began in Port Jervis and involved several police agencies in the three states as well as federal authorities.

During the investigation, search warrants yielded some two kilograms of cocaine, 74 grams of heroin, 165 grams of fentanyl, 1,600 ecstasy pills and 235 pills containing oxycodone, as well as seven illegally possessed firearms and over $163,000 in cash.

Eleven automobiles, four motorcycles, and two ATVs were also seized.

At the time of his plea, Stevenson admitted that he conspired with others to possess and sell cocaine in Orange County and that while in Port Jervis, forcibly grabbed the breasts of another individual.

“The takedown of this broad and dangerous conspiracy to traffic narcotics in Orange County has made our community safer,” said District Attorney David Hoovler.
