Heroin dealer arrested in Carmel

CARMEL – State Police arrested a 45-year-old Carmel man on Monday on three counts each of felony criminal possession and sale of drugs.

Following a non-fatal overdose in the Town of Southeast, investigation determined that William Mancusi, 45, was selling heroin in the Carmel area.

He was arraigned and remanded to the Putnam County Jail without bail pending a future court appearance.
