SAUGERTIES – A 54-year-old Woodstock woman has been arrested by Saugerties Police and charged with stalking her ex-boyfriend.
Greta Nicholas was also charged with trespassing for allegedly stalking her former boyfriend for over a year.
It is alleged that she has come onto his property despite being advised several times by him and the police to stop doing so. She had been observed numerous times looking through his windows at all hours of the night and even entering his home through the windows and waking him up.
Nicholas was arraigned and released on her own recognizance. There was already an order of protection on behalf of the victim that had been issued through Ulster County Family Court.
