BETHEL – A State Trooper assigned to the Liberty barracks is credited with locating a missing teenage girl this week. The child was located by Trooper Nicholas D’Angelo after he searched the heavily wooded area of White Lake in the Town of Bethel for hours.
He trudged through the two feet of snow and ultimately located the teen cold and wet, but alive.
Trooper D’Angelo brought her back to a waiting Hatzolah EMS crew who provided her with first aid care.
