CORNWALL – A 25-year-old Mount Vernon man has been charged with criminal possession of a weapon after he was found in possession of a pair of metal knuckles when stopped for a traffic violation on the Thruway in the Town of Cornwall.
Enrique Cardoza was stopped at around 12:15 p.m. on February 10 and charged with the misdemeanor offense.
He was released an appearance ticket returnable next month.
