GOSHEN – An agency of the Orange County Government is available to assist people who have lost their jobs because of the coronavirus pandemic.

County Executive Steven Neuhaus said the office of employment and training will help with new skills training and other issues with job searches.

“The Employment and Training will help you get training; they will help you get job opportunities. So, if you are looking for a new career path or were recently laid off, we want to help you get back to work,” he said.

On Tuesday, Neuhaus toured businesses at the Warwick tech park, site of the former Mid-Orange Correctional facility, and said there are job opportunities at many of those.
