GOSHEN – State Police have arrested a 20-year-old inmate at the Goshen Secure Center in Goshen on charges of felony criminal sex act and a violation of harassment following an incident at the center.
The State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrested Javon Roberts, 20, after being notified of a physical altercation at the center.
During the investigation, it was learned that Roberts allegedly forced another inmate to perform sex acts on him.
Roberts was processes without incident at Monroe State Police barracks and returned to the Goshen Center.
He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Goshen Town Court in June.
