HIGHLAND – A Highland man is in the Ulster County Jail without bail on felony burglary and grand larceny charges as well as petit larceny.
Dominick Teroni, Jr., 45, is accused of breaking into another person’s home and stealing some $1,800 in jewelry.
He was arrested on Friday, September 27.
