WOODBURY – A vehicle and traffic stop on the Thruway in the Town of Woodbury on Friday, August 2 led to the arrest of a Bronx woman on drug charges.
During an interview with the driver, Dolores Huighuig, 36, police found her to be in possession of approximately 1 ½ pounds of marijuana, two THC pills and two jars containing THC oil.
Huighuig was charged with criminal possession of marijuana as both a felony and misdemeanor, misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance and vehicle and traffic violations. She is in the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond.
