TOWN OF LLOYD – A 54-year-old homeless man has been arrested by Lloyd Town Police on a charge of criminal trespass.
It is alleged that Tobi Tobin trespassed at Atlanta Concrete on North Riverside Road.
This was his 19th arrest. He is also on parole for a felony of grand larceny.
He was released on an appearance ticket due to bail reform.
