NEWBURGH – A house at 118 William Street in the City of Newburgh is the latest to be rehabilitated by Habitat of Humanity of Greater Newburgh.

Volunteers spent Thursday beginning the upgrades on the home.

The residence is a gut-rehab renovation of a brick row house on a block where Habitat is currently transforming seven houses from vacant, boarded-up structures, into beautiful single-family houses.

The house should be completed in time for a dedication on October 5, when Habitat will pass the keys to the 98th, 99th, and 100th homes to the homebuyer families.
