NEWBURGH – The City of Newburgh Mayor’s Strategic Economic Development Advisory Committee is ready to go to work reviewing proposed development and sales of city-owned property.
Mayor Torrance Harvey said there are already a number of properties to be reviewed.
“We want to be responsible in that process, be transparent, and we also want to continue to be a green city and do things with efficiency,” he said.
The city has extended by one month, until September, requests for proposals for several city-owned properties.
