Port Jervis conducting administrative investigation in arrest

PORT JERVIS – The City of Port Jervis is aware of a short video that captures a portion of an arrest that occurred in the city, Mayor Kelly Decker said.

An administrative investigation of the arrest is being conducted by the city in conjunction with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office and authorities would like to see that video.
