RAMAPO – Police are continuing to investigate the hit-and-run accident in which a Pomona man was struck and killed as he rode his bicycle on Route 202 in Pomona.
On December 21, 2015, at about 10:30 pm, an unidentified vehicle struck and killed William George, 53, who was riding near the intersection of Old Haverstraw Road near the Montebello/Wesley Hills border.
It is believed the vehicle involved was an early model blue Chevrolet pickup truck or SUV that sustained damage to the passenger side frontend.
