WOODBURY – Two Schenectady men were arrested following a traffic stop on the Thruway in the Town of Woodbury.
The driver, Robert Hinton, 52, and passenger, Jheryl Smith, 30, were found in possession of over two pounds of marijuana.
Both were charged with felony and misdemeanor criminal possession of marijuana. Hinton was charged with vehicle and traffic violations.
Smith was sent to the Orange County Jail without bail. Hinton was committed in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or $25,000 bond.
