WOODBURY – Two Schenectady men were arrested following a traffic
stop on the Thruway in the Town of Woodbury.
The driver, Robert Hinton, 52, and passenger, Jheryl Smith, 30, were found
in possession of over two pounds of marijuana.
Both were charged with felony and misdemeanor criminal possession of marijuana
and Hinton was charged with vehicle and traffic violations.
Smith was remanded to the Orange County Jail without bail and Hinton was
committed on $15,000 cash bail or $25,000 bond.
