WEST NYACK – Clarkstown Police Department responded about 3:15 Saturday afternoon to a reported shooting Youb’s Auto Sales, at 357 Rt.59 in West Nyack.
Police found a 37-year-old employee shot in his torso. The victim was taken to Nyack ER where he underwent surgery. There was no update on his condition as of late Saturday.
Police say it appears to be a customer/employee dispute.
The suspect is described as a male black, wearing a dark colored ball cap with a beard and glasses. It is believed that the suspect fled in an unknown vehicle.
