RHINEBECK – A 56-year-year
old Hyde Park man has been charged with failure to appear in court for
felony arrest charges.
On the afternoon of November 6, Rhinebeck Police arrested Dwayne Liguori
on a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation as a misdemeanor and a
traffic infraction of having an uninspected vehicle.
He was also wanted on the bench warrant and was turned over to State Police
at Highland on the assault charge.
