Gardiner man arrested on felony rape charge

GARDINER – State Police charged a Gardiner man with felony rape and sexual abuse.
Brittin Caffrey, 27, was arrested following an investigation by State Police at Highland and the New York State Police Campus Sexual Assault Victims Unit into a sexual assault complaint that was reported in the Town of Gardiner. Caffrey was sent to the Ulster County Jail pending a future court appearance.
