Two plead guilty in death of Yonkers man

WHITE PLAINS – Two Yonkers
men have pled guilty in Westchester County Court in connection with the
death of another man in December.

Charles Burks, 22, pled guilty to manslaughter and Kenneth Hill, 20, pled
guilty to armed robbery.

Both men are to be sentenced in January and could face up to 25 years
in state prison.

On the evening of December 7, 2017, Burks and Hill robbed Dymere Graham,
30, and Burks shot Graham in the buttocks. He was left to die.

Yonkers Police found him dead around 8 the next morning in an alleyway
between two buildings on Riverview Place in Yonkers. Police identified
the suspects fleeing the scene with the use of building security video.
