NORTH SALEM – A Brewster man is under arrest for allegedly breaking into a residence in the Town of North Salem.
State Police from the Somers barracks charged Carlos Lopez, 24, with felony burglary and misdemeanor criminal mischief.
Troopers responded to Route 22 in North Salem just before 8 p.m. on October 8 for a report of an intruder in a house. They found Lopez, who had broken into the residence and damaged the kitchen stove and a window while breaking in.
Lopez was sent to the Westchester County Jail without bail pending a future court appearance.
