FALLSBURG – Town of Fallsburg Police arrested a Loch Sheldrake man and charged him with breaking into a home in South Fallsburg, and confronting and assaulting an elderly woman living there.
Andre Vakhoula, 52, was charged him with burglary, assault, criminal mischief and resisting arrest. He fled from the apartment and fought with officers in a wooded area behind the property.
Vakhoula was sent to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail.
