Partially collapsed house razed

WOODRIDGE – A vacant house at 26 Broadway in the Village of Woodridge
is being razed today after it partially collapsed this morning (Thursday).

The collapse was reported just before 8:30 a.m. and following examination
by village officials, it was decided to tear it down in the afternoon.

There were no injuries reported.

One village employee said the building was “heavily neglected.”
