Liberty man arrested for identity theft and grand larceny

TOWN OF SOUTHEAST – A Liberty man is charged with identity theft and grand larceny, both as felonies, for allegedly stealing $7,300 from corporate bank accounts.
State Police investigators from the Brewster barracks allege that Samuel
Sicoli, 49, used fake identification to access and steal the money from
the Key Bank accounts.
He was sent to the Putnam County Jail without bail pending a future court
appearance.
