POUGHKEEPSIE – The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Wappingers Falls woman on a felony welfare fraud charge.
Ann Marie Rosario, 48, allegedly obtained over $3,000 in SNAP benefits
between June and September 2016 by concealing that she had outside income.
Rosario was arrested on June 21, 2018 and released pending a future court
appearance.
The investigation was conducted by the sheriff’s office Detective Division in conjunction with the Investigations Division of the county Department of Community and Family Services.
