Fatal ATV crash investigated

SOMERS – A 15-year-old boy
was killed when the ATV he was riding crashed in the Town of Somers, State
Police said.

At 11:30 a.m. on Friday, Reece Ferrara of Somers was operating the vehicle
on Blackberry Hill Road in Somers when it struck a concrete mailbox pillar.
He was ejected from the vehicle.

Emergency medical personnel transported him to Westchester Medical Center
where he was later pronounced dead.
