POUGHKEEPSIE – State Police Troop K continues to investigate a fatal motor vehicle/motorcycle crash on the Taconic State Parkway near Exit 8 (Route 100/Route 133) in the Town of New Castle shortly after 7 p.m. on April 28 p.m.
Several witnesses have described a blue car that appeared to be racing the motorcycle; however, none of the information gathered so far has led to the identification of the vehicle.
Investigators urge any witnesses that may have information regarding the crash to contact the Bureau of Criminal Investigation at State Police in Hawthorne by calling (914) 769-2600, and ask for Investigator Hoeverman.
