HUDSON – An early morning traffic stop on Green Street in the City of Hudson on May 22 resulted in the arrest of a Housatonic, Massachusetts woman on two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
State Police found the driver, Elana Kramer, 24, had an active warrant for her arrest. Troopers also found over 43 grams of heroin and a small amount of marijuana in her possession. She was sent to the Columbia County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
