BEACON – A Beacon man is under arrest on a charge that he held up the Citgo gas station at 425 Fishkill Avenue in Beacon in February.
Eric Johnson, 25, was taken into custody on Friday afternoon following a three-month investigation with the assistance of the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office and Town of Fishkill Police.
Johnson was charged with armed robbery and criminal possession of a weapon, both as felonies, and menacing as a misdemeanor. He was sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
