POUGHKEEPSIE – A proposal to build 91 units of rental housing in the Town of LaGrange is seeking financial incentives from the Dutchess County Industrial Development Agency.
The company, 165 Overlook, LLC, is asking for a 15-year PILOT, mortgage
filing fee exemptions and sales tax exemption on building materials, said
IDA Executive Director Sarah Lee.
“The units would be comprised of one-bedroom units to three-bedroom townhouse,” Lee said. “There is a barn on that property. They are going to repurpose that barn and turn those into apartments.”said.
The total project has an estimated price tag of $23 million.
