WAWAYANDA – A small two
seater -plane crashed into a wooded area off Dolsontown Road in the Town
of Wawayanda this morning.
Two people were aboard the yellow aircraft that went down nose first about
300 feet off Dolsontown Road.

Emergency responders and police agencies were on the scene.
Two people were removed and taken to Orange Regional Medical Center in
the Town of Wallkill.
The plane went down about one mile from Randall Airport, a small private
facility that is frequented by privately owned small aircraft and gliders.
It was not known if the aircraft had taken off or was landing at the airport
when it went down.
