WURTSBORO – A vehicle
and traffic stop in Wurtsboro on Tuesday has led to the arrest of a Middletown
woman on several drug charges.
State Police charged Niki Capaci, 35, with five counts of criminal possession
of a controlled substance as misdemeanors, and one count each of possession
of a hypodermic instrument and possessing a controlled substance not in
its original container.
Capaci had in her possession Suboxone sublingual film, heroin, Oxycodone,
amphetamine salts, and several hypodermic needles.
She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Mamakating Town Court.
