MONTICELLO – State Police charged a Monticello man with felony driving while ability impaired by drugs after he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic violation.
A search of the vehicle driven by Thomas Parlapiano revealed marijuana and several prescription medications. He was also charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and possession a controlled substance not in its original container.
Parlapiano was sent to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
