POUGHKEEPSIE – A New York City man with ties to the Dutchess County area was arrested on Tuesday by Dutchess County Sheriff’s deputies on charges of sexual abuse.
Felix Medina, Jr., 24, was sent to the Dutchess County Jail without bail. He is accused of subjecting two victims – one adult and one child – to inappropriate sexual contact while in the Town of Wappinger. The victims were not random and police said there does not appear to be any danger to the community.
Medina was charged with one felony count and one misdemeanor count of sexual abuse.
