Police say woman was drunk when she flipped her car
NEW WINDSOR – A New Windsor woman was charged with driving while intoxicated following a car accident late on Tuesday night.
New Windsor Police said a car was found resting on the driver’s side near Little Britain and Station Roads.
Yajaira Rosa, 26, who was alone in the vehicle, was attempting to get out through the passenger side window when authorities arrived. She was treated and taken to St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital by New Windsor Ambulance Corps members and later transferred to Westchester Medical Center.
