PA man in Orange County Jail wanted in home state

GOSHEN – A Shohola, Pennsylvania
man, being held in the Orange County Jail on New York charges, is wanted
in Pennsylvania in connection with a burglary and theft at a church and
two motor vehicle thefts in Shohola.

Pennsylvania State Police have accused Samuel Owen Mittelmark, 19, of
burglary and motor vehicle thefts.

On December 17, 2017, Pennsylvania State Police initiated an investigation
involving a burglary and theft at St. Ann’s Church in Shohola and
two motor vehicle thefts in front of the businesses at 100 Rohman Road
in Shohola.

As a result of the crimes, Mottelmark was charged with burglary, criminal
trespass, theft, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief, institutional
vandalism and attempted theft from a motor vehicle.

Extradition to Pennsylvania will be forthcoming, troopers said.
