Peekskill man charged with sexual abuse of child

WAPPINGER – A Peekskill man was arrested on Monday on a charge of felony sexual abuse.
State Police received a complaint of sexual conduct with a victim under the age of 11 and an investigation found that Elisha Henry, 23, allegedly engaged in sexual contact with the victim in the Town of Wappinger.
Henry is in the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
