Washingtonville youth charged with menacing in North Rockland

STONY POINT – A Washingtonville teen is charged with menacing following a police investigation into an incident on the Town of Stony Point on January 21.
Stony Point Police arrested Anthony Malizia, 17, on February 1.
Officers had responded to Franck Road in Stony Point on January 21 for a report of a dispute during which one person may have been struck by a vehicle.  All parties had left the scene before police arrived.
Following investigation a warrant was issued for Malizia resulting in his arrest.
