KINGSTON – A woman, who
was previously arrested on drug charges in Saugerties, was arrested this
past Friday in the City of Kingston, on new narcotics charges.
The URGENT Task Force conducted a buy-bust operation in Kingston at about
8:15 p.m. and arrested Gina Julian, 24, of Kingston.
She was arrested on December
23, 2017 in the Village of Saugerties following an undercover buy
operation that led to the recovery of two stolen handguns, some 120 bags
or decks of heroin and other stolen items.
During the latest investigation, Julian was found in possession of just
under seven grams of loose heroin, approximately 27 bags of heroin and
two digital scales.
She was charged with criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance
as felonies.
She was committed to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash or
$30,000 bond.
