in the stabbing death of a 16-year-old girl in New Rochelle on Wednesday
has turned herself in city police Thursday afternoon.

Police said the victim, Valaree Schwab, was at the Dunkin Donuts at 646
North Avenue around 12:20 p.m. when a confrontation occurred between five
or six other boys and girls a Schwab.

During that incident, a female youth, later identified as Z’Inah
