Couple charged with burglarizing Dutchess school

POUGHKEEPSIE – The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man and woman on burglary charges for allegedly stealing items from Wappingers Junior High School.
Authorities said David Borrelli, 36, of Pleasant Valley, and Felicia Burnham, 30, of Bayshore, allegedly entered the building during an evening school event on January 3 and stole a Hovercam and contractor’s nail gun. Both were recovered.
Investigation led to the pair being identified and arrested on Friday, January 5. They were each charged with felony burglary. Both are in the Dutchess County Jail. Borrelli’s bail is $15,000 cash or $30,000 bond.  Bail for Burnham is $20,000 cash or $40,000 bond.
