Brisee
NEW WINDSOR – Former Democratic 19th Congressional District candidate Steven Brisee, 27, of Walden, was arrested by State Police on a felony charge of burglary.
Investigation revealed that he allegedly stole a 2011 Nissan Altima from the impound yard of P and P Auto in New Windsor. He was sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash bail.
Brisee was arrested twice before in the fall, once for allegedly shoplifting and once for trespassing in a residence.
