STEWART AIRPORT – Allegiant Air’s Myrtle Beach service from Stewart Airport operates from March through early November, but that may change going forward.
Because of the popularity of the service, Stewart Manager Ed Harrison said Allegiant may operate that route all year-long.
“We’ve have been talking to them about it and they are considering and looking at the numbers and it looks like a strong possibility,” Harrison told Mid-Hudson News.
Just this past weekend, the airline, added Sanford/Orlando and Fort Myers/Punta Gorda service. They also fly year-round to Tampa/St. Pete.
