Kingston Police look for missing person — FOUND!

Tibbs

KINGSTON – Police in the City of Kingston are requesting the public’s
assistance in located a missing person, 75-year-old James Julius Tibbs.

Mr. Tibbs, as his friends call him, was reported missing early on Tuesday.
He lives on West Chestnut Street in Kingston and was last seen by his
girlfriend around 11 p.m. on November 13.

Tibbs is five-feet, four inches tall, weighs 160 pounds, has brown hair
and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing black nylon running pants, black sneakers with
gray stripes, and a black or brown leather jacket.

Anyone with information on Tibbs’ whereabouts is asked to call Kingston
Police at 845-331-1671 or email Detective Benjamin at mbenjamin@kingston-ny.gov.
